Is There A Dress Code For The Retreat?

There is no strict dress code, but we recommend comfortable clothing for sessions and activities. You may want to bring layers for outdoor activities.

What Should I Bring To The Retreat?

We recommend comfortable clothing, a journal, a water bottle, and any personal wellness items like a yoga mat or meditation pillow are recommended but not required.

What Is The Expected Daily Schedule?

The retreat schedule starts around 7:30 AM with breakfast and runs until 7:30 PM, featuring sessions, breaks, and meals. Specific times for each day will be shared upon arrival.

Are Meals Provided For All Participants?

Yes, lunch is provided for all participants each day. Platinum package holders also receive breakfast and dinner, while Silver and Gold packages have the option to add breakfast, dinner, or both.

Are Accommodations Included?

On-site accommodations are available with the Platinum package, but space is limited. Be sure to secure your spot early!


For those who do not get on-site accommodations, please make arrangements directly with a hotel of your choice if you plan to stay before or after the event.

Can I Record The Event

Recording policies vary by speaker. Some speakers do not permit any recording, while others may allow short clips or more lenient recording. As a general rule, please refrain from recording long-form content. If a speaker allows recording, it will be communicated clearly at the start of their session.
